Return Policy

Returns are accepted of new, unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label attached. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 5 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. The first day of the return window starts when the tracking number shows the order is delivered. Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% percent restocking fee or the entire return may be declined. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customers responsibility, unless there was a shipping error or damaged product. Please allow up to 7 business after the returned package is received to process the return. The following list of items are not eligible for return; Beauty, Bodysuits, Facemask, Intimates/Lingerie, Jewelry, and Swimwear. Please contact us directly to initiate a return; instructions and a return authorization number will be emailed at that time.
